      <title>TAI's PyroFlex® Straps Launch on New Glenn and Turion's Droid.002</title>

&lt;p&gt;It was an eventful Q1 for the team at TAI. Not only were we in the midst of the busiest quarter in company history, but we've had multiple space flight programs launch with our thermal straps onboard. Perhaps most exciting for our team, were the launch of &lt;a href="https://www.blueorigin.com/new-glenn" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Blue Origin's New Glenn Rocket&lt;/a&gt;, and &lt;a href="https://turionspace.com/" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Turion Space's Droid.002 spacecraft&lt;/a&gt; (using a combined total of dozens of our highly efficient &lt;a href="https://www.techapps.com/graphene-pgs-thermal-straps" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;PyroFlex® graphite sheet straps&lt;/a&gt;).&amp;nbsp; While other programs have launched with our PyroFlex&lt;span&gt;® products, the launches by Blue Origin and Turion Space (onboard SpaceX's Transporter-13) now mark the 2nd and 3rd programs with space flight heritage that we can publicly disclose (and celebrate)!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

In this year's edition, we've added more helpful design tips and product information (our PyroFlex® straps now have space flight heritage on multiple missions, and have achieved NASA TRL 9).&amp;nbsp; We've also updated the conductance predictions for each model, as all PyroFlex® straps now use our new and exclusive Pyrolytic Graphite Film sheets (offering superior performance and durability over all previous PGS/PGF materials). And finally, as we did with the 2025 CuTS® Catalog, we've also introduced a new X4 series strap to the line! The X4 series is our largest PGF model, and allows customers to have a lightweight thermal link that &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;nets nearly 4 W/K&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; (depending on total length and operating temp).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

The lightweight, highly conductive straps are used to cool the data acquisition systems manufactured by LMCO, and TAI has delivered several hundred GFTS® models to both LMCO and Ball Aerospace in just the last few years.&amp;nbsp; The straps provide vibration isolation and waste heat removal for both the LMCO DAQ's systems and the Phased Antenna Arrays manufactured by Ball on ORION and Artemis, and TAI and will be providing GFTS® and our next gen PyroFlex® graphite sheet straps to both programs later this year as well.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
