TAI is happy to announce we've released our 2024 Copper Thermal Strap (CuTS®) Catalog. The latest edition is our twelfth since we created the world's first standard model thermal strap line in 2013, and our most helpful & informative to date.
New for 2024, all three of our thermal strap catalogs have been redesigned to provide important design and technical tips specific to each of our products, in addition to helpful program tips and FAQ, ranging from cleanliness & cleaning tips to lead times, testing, plating, and even pricing. Additionally, TAI has redesigned multiple pages on our website, and brought back our CuTS® Conductivity Calculator. The new calculator provides conductance predictions for all strap models at multiple lengths and (NOW) different operating temperatures (and no longer requires a PIN). TAI will be adding more operating temps and models over Q1 and also adding calculators to our GFTS® and X-Series® pages as well.
TAI will be publicly releasing the 2024 X-Series® Thermal Strap Catalog later this month, and the 2024 GFTS® Catalog in February. Be sure to request your copy of each, and feel free to contact us at any time if you have questions or would like to start a thermal strap design inquiry.
