After a longer than expected delay (due to record growth in the last 6 months), I am proud to announce that the 2020 CuTS® Catalog is finally ready and available for request on our website!
This year's edition introduces our all new, 0.20" diameter OFHC UltraFlex™ II (UFII) Cabled Copper Thermal Strap models. This cabling, only available from TAI, offers superior flexibility over our smaller diameter UFI cabling, and allows our team to manufacture double row straps with nearly 2x the thermal performance of previous double row models.
In addition to new models, we've also introduced another first in this year's catalog: the industry's (and world's) first and only Thermal Strap Conductivity Calculator.
Our CuTS® Conductivity Calculator is available to previous customers and all who download a copy of our catalog, and provides thermal conductance projections for many of our standard models.
Throughout 2020 and beyond, TAI will be adding new models and operating temperatures to the calculator app, as well as new calculators for our other thermal strap products, so be sure to request your copy today, and be on the lookout for our Conductivity Calculators being added to other product pages.
